New ULTRABOND® HS-1CC is the world’s first anchoring epoxy formulated to be IBC/IRC compliant in both bulk and cartridge delivery systems. For use in dry, damp, water-filled and submerged applications, even in the most extreme temperatures and loading conditions, new ULTRABOND HS-1CC outperforms every other anchoring and doweling epoxy in the world.
ULTRABOND HS-1CC is NSF 61 approved and fully compliant with Caltrans’ April 20, 2020 Authorized Materials List requirements. It’s also included in Departments of Transportation authorized materials lists in 33 of the 39 states that maintain such lists, and remaining applicable states are pending.
Made in the USA, new ULTRABOND HS-1CC provides a convenient 1:1 mix ratio for fast and easy application and is proven compatible for use with vacuum drill bit systems by Milwaukee, Bosch, DeWalt, and Hilti.
Adhesives Technology Ultrabond HS-1CC is a code compliant, two-component,1:1 mix ratio by volume, high performance epoxy anchoring system approved for use in cartridges and in bulk with threaded rod and reinforcing bar for cracked and uncracked concrete conditions, and internally threaded inserts in uncracked concrete in accordance with ACI 355.4 and ICC-ES AC308. It has an extended application temperature range between 43 degrees and 110 degrees Fahrenheit for structural applications per ICCES ESR-4094 and between 38 degrees and 125 degrees Fahrenheit for transportation infrastructure applications to AASHTO M235 and ASTM C881.

ICC-ES ESR-4094 evaluation report for cracked and uncracked concrete. Building code compliant in cartridge and bulk dispensing systems, IBC/IRC: 2018, 2015, 2012 & 2009. City of Los Angeles Code (LABC/LARC) compliant: 2017. Florida Building Code (FBC) compliant: 2017 and 2014. Abu Dhabi International Building Code (ADIBC) compliant: 2013. ICC-ES AC308 and ACI 355.4 assessed for resisting short term loading conditions up to 205 degrees Fahrenheit. UL Certified 2013 Drinking Water System Components to NSF/ ANSI 61 and Lead Free to NSF/ANSI 372. Suitable for core drilled installations in dry or water saturated concrete.
