Spray Cure and Seal 25 is a ASTM C-1315 rated, styrene acrylate copolymer, membrane forming curing and sealing compound for concrete. It produces a medium gloss, clear, continuous film which effectively cures fresh concrete and protects concrete surfaces from intrusion of water, water borne contaminants and dirt.
Non-yellowing formula, allows concrete to breath, resists efflorescence
Allows concrete surfaces to develop full design strength by promoting complete hydration of cement
Can be used in colder temperatures than Volatile Organic Compound (V.O.C.) compliant water-based products
Will not settle. Does not require agitation before use.
Easy Roll on, or Spray on application, use solvent resistant roller covers if rolling out
Develops higher, deeper gloss than water-based products
Can be used to reseal over other sealers with minimal surface preparation
Increases the abrasion resistance of concrete
