Vulkem 116 Polyurethane Sealant – Tampa Bay & Florida Supplier

Tremco Vulkem 116 sealant is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant with superior primerless adhesion to porous substrates. Tremco Vulkem 116 sealant is an excellent general-purpose sealant designed for use on poured and precast concrete, masonry work, window and door perimeters, and similar types of construction joints. Vulkem 116 is approved for exterior use only. Do not use this product inside an occupied building even if there are no occupants present during use.

Vulkem 116 sealant is easy to apply with conventional caulking equipment. Fill joint completely and tool. At 75 degrees F, 50% R.H. a durable skin forms within 24 ~ 48 hours. Curing continues at the rate of 1/16 inch depth per day. The cure rate is reduced at lower temperatures and less humidity.  Clean up is with mineral spirits, xylol, or xylene.
