All Conspec Materials, LLC product prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be subordinate to the terms of our written quotation and/or the prices in effect at the time an order is shipped. Conspec Materials, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order if there is a problem with the price whether its a typographical error or inaccurate information on current prices on increases supplied by the manufacturer at the time of sale.
In order to protect Conspec Materials, LLC and our customers, Conspec Materials, LLC does not accept credit cards over e-mail. Credit card purchases that are made without the card present are required to have a credit card authorization from sign and returned with a valid signature of the credit card holder. All internet Credit Card orders are processed though Paypal. Conspec Materials, LLC does not keep any credit card numbers on file.
Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless prior arrangements have been made for local pick up with Conspec Materials, LLC, Inc. Most orders will ship within 2 to 3 days of your order (excluding weekends and holidays) or unless out of stock.
Conspec Materials, LLC employees are required to add tax on all invoices within the state of Florida, and Georgia, unless Conspec Materials, LLC has a current tax exemption certificate from your company or organization. If you submit a valid tax certificate to Conspec Materials, LLC after you have been invoiced and it is in compliance with your state tax laws, Conspec Materials, LLC will credit you for the tax.

All credit card, cash, and cash by check returns will be subject to a restock fee of no less than 25%. Conspec Materials, LLC will not accept material that is damaged and not in resalable condition deemed by a Conspec Materials, LLC employee. All material must be within a reasonable shelf life. We will not accept out of date material. You must have the receipt of original sale to be eligible for the refund. We will accept no returns that are older than 30 days after date of invoice. All non-stock items are non-refundable, non-returnable and pre-pay in advance. Customer accounts will receive credit once Conspec Materials, LLC receives credit from the manufacturer. All cash and cash by check refunds are issued out of our Tampa, FL location. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund.
