LANCO – Ultrathane-WB is a water-based acrylic sealant modified with urethane, of good adhesion and performance. For sealing joints and seams with up to 50% total joints movement! Lanco Ultrathane WB offers the best adhesion and flexibility in a water based formulation. It will not crack, crumble, or peel even when exposed to severe weather or total joint movement. Lanco Ultrathane WB produces a mildew resistant seal. Used as an interior / exterior urethane sealant to seal cracks or joints in or between concrete, masonry, wood, metal, glass, drywall, plaster, ceramics, and many plastics. Use on windows, doors, pipes, ducts, foundations, trim, siding, and chimneys. It seals out moisture, air, dust, dirt and noise.
